Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JG Asbestos Services website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

JG Asbestos Services provides professional asbestos testing, surveying, and removal services. All services are performed by qualified and licensed professionals in accordance with UK health and safety regulations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Additional charges may apply for work outside the scope of the original quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in the service contract. Generally:

• Payment for surveys and testing services is due on receipt of invoice on the day of service
• Payment for removal works is due on completion of the work
• Late payment charges may apply
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, but please note our cancellation policy:

• Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a £200 cancellation fee
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges
• Emergency cancellations due to safety concerns or weather conditions may be exempt from charges
• Rescheduling appointments is preferred to cancellation when possible

6. Health and Safety

All asbestos work is conducted in accordance with:

• Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
• HSE guidelines and best practices
• UKAS accredited testing standards

Clients must provide safe access to work areas and comply with all safety instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

JG Asbestos Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
